  If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited 9 months to even get in to see him and on the day of my first appointment I was running 4 minutes (FOUR) behind because there was a ton of traffic and I live 30 minutes away. I called to let them know it was possible I would be late and the receptionist said "Well you have to get here first and then we will let you know if he will even be willing to see you." I cried the rest of the drive there because A) I had waited so long to get the appointment and had been in so much pain and the possibility he wouldn't see me pushed me over the edge and B) I was taking time off of work to drive up and back and if he wouldn't see me then I would have wasted all of that time . Like I said I got there 4 minutes late and then I ended up waiting 20 minutes to be called back. When Dr Lundberg came in he was so rude and completely brushed me off and made me feel stupid- he asked about a prior surgery and I couldn't remember the word arthroscopic (I said athroscopic) and I asked him if I was saying it right, figuring he is a rheumatologist and should know what I was talking about, and he said "I don't know, you tell me, you were the one that had the surgery". SERIOUSLY? He had zero personality and made nasty comments the entire time. He spent all of 20 minutes with me and sent me off to do labs and x-rays (pretty standard for a new patient). I figured I would go to my follow up 2 weeks later and give him one more chance, which was today, and it was worse than the first appointment. I got to my 10 am appointment 15 minutes early and waited until 11:25 to even be called back to do vitals. He was running an hour and a half late and when I asked the receptionist about it she said they squeezed another person in (In MY appointment spot) and "These things happen"- Okay I understand if it was an emergency, I would hope they would squeeze me in in that situation but you couldn't have called me to let me know? They seem to have no regard to their patients lives, only their own precious time. I ended up wasting 3 and a half hours in which I could have been working, between drive time and sitting waiting on him and my actual appointment. ALSO, I have been diagnosed with RA by 2 different rheumatologists and an orthopedic surgeon and Dr Lundberg decided in 2 appointments that I was magically cured and that he didn't want to do anything to treat me for what I know I have and have had for 4+ years. So after 9 months of waiting to see him so he could prescribe me something for my pain, he did absolutely nothing and wasted my time and money. He is HORRIBLE. I asked if I could switch to DR Grimilliam and they said that it is against their policy to do inter office DR switches. They would rather you take your money elsewhere. My biggest word of advice would be to go somewhere else!
