- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While we've seen two fantastic pediatricians at the Sandy Clinic, I can not stand the long hold times on the phone 90% of the time. When I tell them about it they are always very kind and apologetic and most often the issue is they are very busy or only one person on the phones. I could understand if this was a periodic issue, but every time I call seems like it would be time to higher another front desk employee.
