  I came in to make a payment at the Murray office on a day that the Doctor was obviously not in because the behavior of the hispanic girl behind the front desk was very unprofessional. When I walked into the office and up to the front desk, she was obviously texting on her cell phone and even had me wait a minute while she finished! The music coming from the ceiling speakers was up so high, it made our conversation slightly difficult and her attitude reflected how frustrated she was that she had to help me. I left feeling very distraught, perhaps some kind of training is in order? This profile was created so that my family may remain anonymus as we may decide to go to the West Valley office. My kids like Dr. Rooklidge but we don't want to put up with this sort of thing.

  The dentist himself, was great with my son. However, the rest of the staff was awful. It was my sons first dentist visit and the assistant pushed and pressured my son to lie down to clean his teeth. Despite the fact that I had told her before she even started that it was his first time, that he is high anxiety and don't push it or you won't get anywhere with him. Didn't listen. She couldn't get his teeth cleaned. So the dentist came to talk to me. Dentist was great, he listened to me, was patient with my son, and we together did get my son comfortable enough to be able to clean his teeth. So I had no problems with him but his staff, my word they were just the worst. The front desk, what can I even say about the disorganization, the lying about pricing, and the lack of scheduling organization. It was ridiculous! I spent three months trying to get my son scheduled for sedation and to get cavities filled. Every time I called it was a different price at a different place with a different anesthesiologist. Last time I called to get him scheduled, they couldn't even give me a time or date to set and told me to call back. Needless to say, Dr., you've lost a patient because of the horrid staff that supports you.
